How long does it take to process a custom stringing order?
Our professional stringers typically complete custom head orders within 3-5 business days. Please note that during peak season, processing times may vary slightly to ensure the highest quality pocket tension and consistency.
What is your return policy on lacrosse equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-strung heads, personalized jerseys, and used protective gear cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons.
Do you offer team discounts for bulk orders?

How do I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to see real-time updates on your delivery status.
Does my lacrosse shaft come with a warranty?
Most premium shafts come with a one-time 6 months or 1-year manufacturer warranty against bending or breaking. If your shaft fails during normal play, please contact our support team to initiate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
